I hear the rain, I love the sound of it. Despite living in a country where it rains frequently, I still love the sound of thunder and rain. As long as I don't have to walk in it. Although, I've been drenched quite a few times, and in the end, don't even mind that as much.

I have been using the CeraVe AM for a while and I never thought about whether it was affecting my oiliness. Maybe I'll give the Cetaphil one a shot, cause I definitely have oily skin! It's so hard to find high SPF moisturizers that don't feel heavy or smell like sunscreen.

The powder that you mentioned that broke into many pieces when it hit the floor, you can fix it...any type of product similar to that. All you do is dump the product into a bowl, mash up all the big pieces making it into a fine powder. Then add a little rubbing alcohol, enough to get it wet, not soaked. Mix it up. Then put it back in the container it came in. Using a coin wrapped in a Kleenex, mash the product down to make it flat and somewhat smooth. Let dry overnight and it will be good as new. I've done this a few times and it does work.

To help remove the film/build up, mix like 1/4tsp of baking soda into your shampoo in the shower! It works like a clarifying shampoo. You may want to start with using even less since you have color treated hair though :) I mix the baking soda and a shower's worth of shampoo in a little bowl then use it like usual :)

I use the Suave Detangler Spray not only for myself but for my Shih-poo (Shih Tzu.poodle mix) puppy as suggested by his groomer.

You could try using straight coconut oil some time. It's really good for animal ski and hair. It helps repel bugs, and it soothes their skin from rashes or dryness. It's just good for hair too. :P A teaspoon is good for them to eat in their food once a day as well!

I had a friend who would do my hair and always used the leopard print dry shampoo. I never really gave it a second thought until now. How stupid of me! Congrats on the new house!!
