Impressive, very much so, and I am smitten. And this is Ibadan, yes?. I am an American of Nigerian extraction of course, not for the life of me would I have imagined such a lovely developments like this outside of the typical highbrow cities like Lagos and Abuja. And with spacious layouts and nicely appointed to boot. When next I breeze into town, Nigeria, that is, I will definitely take a peek into Ibadan and see what's up. Who knows. Only problem with this is that it mimics Lagos too much. Give Ibadan its own identity with architecture. No be everywhere be Lagos. Small Greenery won’t be bad

@@seuntimothy Yes bro He's using lekki price to sell an IBADAN property Even in lekki a property like this goes for 130m or less U can attest when he asked u to take a guess and ur guess was lesser than what he's selling it I'm planning on starting something in Ibadan that was how my search for a building in estate brought me to ur videos I expected a price tag of 100-120m then I can use 15-20m to furnish it, but after hearing him mentioned 170m I laughed because my home in lekki that's even furnished I got for 140m
