@@QuynhHo lol, yeah it’s a one bdrm w/ a den, a huge island, 2 large closets and all floor to ceiling windows, in-unit laundry, etc.! It’s a gem 💎 It’s the price one pays to live downtown, lol… Plus I’m pretty high up in my high rise. The higher you go, the more the bill! Lol 😂
