I would put the couch by the window and get a tilting tv mount. Putting the couch in front of the door can work too but maybe place a narrow shelf unit behind it to act like a half wall. ❤❤

9:19 I lowkey think you should put the couch up against the right wall and mount the TV in the left corner next to that balcony door. That way it could face the kitchen or the living room when you turn it, but that would also depend on what TV you have and if you want it to be sitting on the entertainment center or not so just take this suggestion with a grain of salt

Hello Kisha, Congratulations, on finding your new apartment. For your living room, I wouldn’t put your sofa, near the windows. You have two large size windows, which will give off a lot of sunlight. If you have a sofa that is made of fabric; the sunlight will lighten the fabric of your sofa. For your second bedroom, (maybe you can have a Murphy Bed). There are so many styles of Murphy Beds; some have desk and shells in the Murphy Bed. ( this will free up your space in your second bedroom). For the kitchen cabinets, they have what is called (Contact Paper). That comes in many styles and colors. I wish you all the best of luck. Take care.

I say get some organizers or storage bins and put them in the closet and use that for your towels and linens and stuff. I am in the second bedroom use half the closet for you like your linen closet

You could use your current couch in your new office space then get a couch to fit against the window in the living room. The tv against the wall with the plugs at an angle. Then a big plant against in the corner closest to the patio door?

I think you should get a tall-ish shelf and put it in the second bathroom to act as the linen closet. and not use the cabinet underneath the counter. Use that cabinet for like living room things, candles, blankets, whatever fits. I had that problem where I didn’t have a linen closet one time, but we had an extra book shelf and used that in the restroom for our towels, toilet paper, etc. you can get one that has doors if you don’t want to see all of it. We used the IKEA LAIVA shelf, I know that’s not your vibe but just as a reference lol.
