Hey there! By base pay, do you mean down payment? We went for a 10% down payment. So that's around $25.5k. The mortgage period is for 25 years

Hey there! We went for a 5.54% fixed rate for 5 years 😊 It's on the higher side, but this was the best rate given by our mortgage broker at that time
