Clearly I have too many comments today lol one more thing: I feel like the under the stair storage in the basement would be so perfect for toy rotation (if you plan to do that with Jordan as she gets bigger). We love rotating toys every week or two. We have so many that’s it’s nice to not have allllll the toys out at the same time 😀

My favorite part is the backyard, it’s huge and perfect for kids! The room next to the living room can be made into a play room or an office. That way you have an extra guest room

In Jordan’s new room: I recommend getting more of the ikea spice rack (that’s what they sell them as) for her books! I noticed they already had one of them they left in her room. We have 6 of them in each of my kids rooms going up the wall. They are so perfect for kids books!

Beautiful house and yard! There is one thing you need, especially with your massive storage room - a cat. I don't know if Ellie likes kitties, or if you are cat people, but we live in NW Missouri, and we have loads of mice in the area. Our cats were the first "people" that moved into our house, and they were busy! Though you do have to make sure that the previous owners didn't leave mouse poison anywhere in the house or storage shed, and that there isn't any antifreeze on the floor.

Such a nice house! I recommend making the “dining” part of the living room a sitting area with hidden toy storage as a play area for Jordan. We have a basement playroom as well, but also use a part of the living room as a play area because our 3.5 yr old is just now getting to where he will go to the playroom without us. It will be nice to have a play section of the room for when you are in the kitchen or main living area doing things.

in the other part of the living room I would make that a play room for baby girl. where that desk a pretty hutch or buffet to store extra plates, holiday things would be good to store in one of them. buffet piece would be probably better. and pretty mirror over the buffet

Love the house! And the finished basement is big and nice. I have a huge unfinished basement which is nice but finished puts the icing on the cake. Backyard is roomy and nice too.

Michael makes more than I do as a teacher but a lot of our saving comes from KZbin to be honest! My KZbin income goes straight to savings and that helps us build it up over time. 😊💛

Wow! Congratulations. You got a really nice house! I can't wait to see next week's video and also to see the changes you will eventually make. There is so much room and potential and space to grow into. I had an idea for a temporary fix for the wet bar...was to paint over the bottle caps, like a grey/stone or even another color. The caps will give it dimension and almost make it look like a cool backsplash. Also, if you need another room later on for future kids you could always move the office to the previous tenets' dining room space. Or you could close that area off to make another bedroom/office. The basement storage area is huge! Wow. I love all of it! Whoop!
