I am a renter and idk how someone would leave a nice house trashed and disrespected! Every time I go into a new home that I am renting in I respect it and treat it with love and thankful for this opportunity. I know definitely theses renters will properly not get into a nice home because for their renting history and homeowners usually don’t like people that damage homes ( my mom worked in Real estate)
