We are so happy and grateful for our new home! This house actually cost us more than the last one, especially in this market. we were able to sell our first home and build amazing equity in only 3 years and this has given us the opportunity to find financial freedom and have no debt (other than our house) I know some of you keep comparing it to our last but this set up is seriously perfect for us and our family and we can say we’re debt free and can invest our money for our future and our kids. Although some of you see it as a downgrade, we couldn’t be happier and have peace for our family! ❤️ Also this is not our forever home, we love it but we eventually would love to build a custom home down the line 😊 Thank you to everyone for your support and all your kind words! I truly love you guys and I’m so grateful for all of you 🥰

Honestly feel like this size of home is a lot better fitting for you all! I also think it’s amazing that the kids have their own space upstairs kind of away from everything else. It may be a little tighter as far as living and dinning room space but I know that you guys will set it up amazingly. The goal isn’t to have the biggest most flashy things, it’s honest to live a comfortable low debt life. You can now save so much money for your children’s future. Don’t let this childless commenters get you down. This is was an extremely smart financial choice, and an upgrade for sure!

Everyone is saying it’s smaller but people have to keep in mind it’s a two story. Sometimes one floor plan homes seem bigger. Even if it is a little smaller it will be cute and cozy and will be filled with love ❤️

Yes they are and I actually love it so much more! The maintenance on the other house was insane especially with Leo. We will customize it as we go, it’s already beautiful but we want to upgrade it more! ☺️
