A, my hubby and I just moved to NW St Lucie County which is only about 13 miles from Vero Beach! We built a house on a lake in a guard gated community! We love watching you guys! I would put glass French doors on his office, I would also change the glass in the master bathroom, so nobody on the patio can see into your bathroom. You can still see out but nobody can look in on you having a shower if you have guests staying. (It's not the smokey glass it's looks like normal glass)

Not trying to be rude but curious why you went with the wood fence for a Florida property. The high humidity and heavy rain will destroy a wood fence rather quickly and you'll have to replace it.

oh my gosh I'm sure you're foaming at the mouth at all of the decor and furnishing you're going to do in the house! And I'm sure Sawyer will have some feedback on how at least the set up of the rest of the house would be, but then most of it will just be constructive criticism lol. With Sawyer turning the garage into a Man Cave will the garage door still be functional? I supposed since you're in Florida you can keep your cars outside since you don't have to worry about snow, but....poor cars lol I wonder if it would be easy (and look decent) to extend a roofing so at least the cars have some protection from the elements. Would Sawyer's monster truck even fit in a garage?! Congrats and look forward to all the decor videos :-)))))
