@@laurenbaker6776 looked up prices of 6 bedroom houses in Baltimore. And it’s just over a million. In fact depending on location some are going for just $880k. I think the house they were gonna buy before this with stone walls and black trim is still on the market and that was about $1.4M. Either way I could sell my $2m California home and live like a queen in a mansion worth $1.5m in a small town with maybe $500k left over to invest in retirement. I may never even have to work again if I move out of Cali. Already looking at options. I don’t like the cold at all so I’m looking at cute but safe and small towns in Texas, Nevada and Arizona.

@@j.ack.s I found an insanely gorgeous $1.2M, 6 bed modern mansion in southern Utah. Pool, yard, home theatre, basement gym, full home control, all included. It wasn’t a state I was considering cause I’m not religious at all, just a borderline Easter/Christmas celebrating christian, but it’s hot in southern Utah and never snows there. Plus I get a view of the red mountains and sunset all year long. Also 30% singles and non religious affiliated live in the city so it’s not as a bad religion wise. And crime is non existent. Like zero hard crimes. Put down an offer. Let’s see how it goes.

As an interior designer, I’d say don’t change the kitchen cabinets! Warm tones are really making a come back and gray is going out. Of course, if you like gray go with that, but I think the warm wood tones look beautiful! :) The house is incredible and you really did the damn thing! Congrats to you both!
