It’s finally here! Our empty home tour walkthrough. We still have some details coming together- like we need the kitchen island, cabinet hardware, a few more cabinets too, plus some murals and wallpaper installed, but you can see the overall layout and most of the details! And this will be fun to see the difference between now and once it’s furnished. In this video I am sharing some of the why behind my decisions (though I’ll admit I was pretty exhausted when we filmed this, so let me know if you have questions on things!). Gorgeous home!!! I love all of the neutral tones and textures. I’m in LOVE with the stone where the stairs are. I think the only think I would change and it could be a personal preference is the kids rooms not being bigger and them not having their own bathrooms. I’m definitely all for daughters having their own bathroom and large closet. But again that’s personal preference and coming from someone that was the only girl and grew up with brothers.

Hi, love love love the “no baseboards look” in the main living space. Could you please tell how is it holding up and is it plaster or just sheet rock? How does it not wear out with with vacuums, mops etc? Also, on technical terms, is there any space between the floor and the wall? Thank you
