Me and the hubs lived with that size of a fridge for about 4-5 mths into our relationship. It was so difficult, it was like janga. I said if we're getting married we need a bigger fridge. Now we have our dream fridge, 475L taller than the hubs who is about 6' and I'm 5'7". And it has my savior an ice maker, and a vacuum chill sliding drawer which the hubs wanted, which takes out all the air and keeps things fresh longer. We open our salad baggies and put in there and they last quite a few days. We moved from Western Tokyo to Kamakura area and got a pet friendly 2LDK with two floors and a small backyard for less than 100,000yen. Oh the tatami just vacuum it a lot, and in-between vacuums get a kuro-kuro sticky roller to go over it on a longer stick. They'll help a lot with first and dirt.

I think, I would have made the youtube room the actual bedroom. Because it's away from the kitchen, when you cook and use the restroom some of the smoke and humidity will spread through out the room which can make your clothes and bedding smell. The room you're thinking of making as your bedroom next to the kitchen has a lot more natural light since the doors open up to the back room and the kitchen, along with the windows. ALSO the backroom= more privacy. So when you have guests or friends over they will be able to socialize better in a space that opens up to the kitchen. Where as if you had the bedroom next to the kitchen your friends would be looking all into your business (if you're a private person) AND if you have a messy room you don't want them to see with clothes everywhere then the location of the bedroom wouldn't be an ideal choice. SO in conclusion and me trying to convince you! LOL I would make the room next to the kitchen, your KZbin/Dining/Socializing room and the room towards the back with all the closet space Your bedroom.
