I had just moved to Vegas and me and roommate had just been able to get our own apartment. No furniture. I had a comforter and doubled it over to sleep on the floor in my room. Well I had a rocket and roommate had a TV. FOX had just started their channel on Saturday night and Sunday night. Seeing this takes me back to those simple days. One of the casinos did a remod and I got a bed, nightstand and lamp for about $50.

Jennifer is an icon✨ I love this show so much, Harry reminds me of my dad. If my dad were a widowed pediatrician, lmao. THe way he RUNS when he hears she got shot, I love it.

I wish we could go back to the late 80's..I didn't realize how amazing my life was ..I was young and naive. Both my father, mother & brother in law were alive even though I wasnt technically quit married yet. Does anyone else wish they could drift back in time & have it almost all😔. I luv this show! Richard looks like my father in law Kristy is awesome!..little darlings tons of shows Dinah luved her.. in Grease, soap etc

I know how you feel, I think about it all the time....life gets so sad and memories are unexplainable sometimes, it’s something deep in the soul

That’s one of the reasons my daughter and I reminisce about the 80’s and 90’s how absolutely wonderful those decades were. I’m afraid being optimistic we only thought life would get even better. Young and naive is unfortunately true.

Don Reo wrote the episode, who later went on to produce the popular sitcom - "Blossom," also from the same production company that "Empty Nest" produced.

The actor playing the surgeon was on golden girls as a funeral director. His last name was pronounced puh-fife-er (Pfeiffer)

its an interesting time capsule as everything thats happened here is gone, or doesnt really matter anymore The days where these cheaply produced sitcoms were a dime a dozen, and people still managed, survived and lived through all of this The moral of the story is the big things (eg Star Wars, the feats of Michael Jordan on a basketball court) we will end up forgetting And the things we forget immediately that its over, we can recall a little bit of
