I know you guys were probably expecting a high rise, floor to ceiling window, city view apartment, but I just wasn't ready to give up this building yet and i'm so thankful it all worked out the way it did. Sometimes less is more and that's exactly what this is. I always told myself prior to going homeless that I would never live in a studio cause I didn't think it was manageable but as we all know that entire experience humbled me and i'm grateful for literally anything and everything these days. And i've come to realize studios have a bad rep, and not all of them are the size of a closet. I hope you enjoyed this studio apartment tour! now its time to start getting it all cozy ☺️

Idea maybe for more privacy you could put a nice current in front of your bedroom. I would do two pairs of shoes per shelf and turn one pair forward and one pair backwards. Love the vlogs and I agree smaller spaces are cozier.

I checked them out and i thought about it but i just don’t like them. I have a whole Pinterest mood board for my apartment and my desire is to have it edgy. And i think being able to see your clothes like those clothing racks, makes it looks more like a studio/ edgy. Idk how to explain it. But it’s coming together!!!🤍🤍

I used to get horrible periods too. I started taking Chasteberry, Red Raspberry leaf, and Dong Qui, Tumeric are great herbs for pms, cycles, and hormones.❤ hope you are feeling better.

hmm… considering i didn’t have any content because of the rant i just mentioned about being down for the count… I think it’d make sense that i didn’t have more footage. Not to mention the hours on end i spend responding to everyone’s comments, making content for tiktok full time, and KZbin shorts AND KZbin main channel videos.. if i didn’t want to be doing it, then i wouldn’t be doing it. new space looks great !! i havent commented before but just wanted to chime in abt liking smaller spaces. i do live with my husband, but we went from a 700sqft apt to a 1400 sqft rental house after college. when we were house hunting to buy i specifically wanted a smaller space! have a wonderful 950sqft house and wouldnt have it any other way! we each have our own small offices, and plenty of storage. big houses sound nice on paper but it was super overwhelming and felt wasteful to me! to each their own!

Brooke I have literally the same story with iron levels. Get your blood pressure checked as well! I have really low blood pressure naturally and am anemic and have been anemic my whole life, but my blood tests ALWAYS came back normal. It wasn’t until my dr did more digging after my emergency csections that we figured it out. Now that I supplement it’s SO much better!

I too tested not anemic but those pills have changed my life. See if your body feels good on a full B vitamin complex and iodine drops, Mary Ruths has a good one! Do you have a special water bottle for your water? Keep it full with ice water and you'll get into a habit of taking it with you everywhere and it'll keep things moving with all the new vitamins! Gets old doing EVERYTHING ALONE BEEN THERE SINCE 5/2019. I used the same square dolly to move my king size mattress, couch & everything in my apt., by MYSELF! I know how u feel. The similarities between u & I are crazy. All my friends I walked away from when I left an abusive a long time relationship, I WALKED AWAY FROM IT ALL, 750k liquid in assets, house cars etc, they are paid off now. Single child & never had a close relationship with my parents, I really noticed it after I stopped buying their vacations, & handing over 1000’s without hesitation, “ my entire life” I operated restaurants got hurt & couldn’t go back to work, I don’t think I ever would have known they didn’t care if that didn’t happen, so it is a lot, I have NO ONE BUT MYSELF, & knowing now they only spoke to me was when they wanted 💰💰💰. Is sickening, it’s painful. I hope one day I find a friend like you have. GOD bless you, & Dace! 🐾🐾 I just found your channel on KZbin, not really a TikTok person, I’m moving to the west coast soon. You should get checked for endimitriosis , (idk how to spell it) but my mom had it and always tells me I should get checked for it even though I don’t have bad periods. Supposedly horrible periods can be a symptom of it. 🙏🏻

So what would you recommend on furniture by there at thrift stores and like Goodwill or bring stuff from Virginia out there? I have heard 2 different answers! One group said buy out there, then other have said bring things with us! Now there are some family heirlooms that we will bring just because we’ll be out there more than here once we transition! Secondly lock certain pots pans dishes that I use on a regular basis I’m bringing an of course, and then my bathroom things that we would have but as far as furniture certain clothes things like that what would you recommend? Like? I said I’ve heard it both ways. My husband actually had a cousin that lived out there and they moved from Indiana to Arizona and they sold everything in Indiana and then bought new in Arizona and then when they moved back they did the same thing. They sold everything out there and bought new when they got back to Ohio actually! Just trying to get some things figured out still got some time, but just kinda want to get a lay of the land per se just so we will kinda know what to do! And also anyone that reads this and has an opinion please feel free to answer! All information is welcome! Also we will like to rent (no townhomes, or homes with steps) so any ideals on location and we would like to be kinda of close to grocery stores,Target, Walmart, Trader Joe’s (for sure) 😂! To answer yours first question. We have to pay taxes with our purchases here. So if you don’t have to do that in VA i would definitely recommend getting whatever you need for here, while you’re still there. We have lots of furniture places here, but as you can see i don’t have any furniture really unless it’s from ikea LOL. My couch that i got is from the crate and barrel RETURN store. So it’s a store where everything’s been returned and is on clearance basically but still pricey…. Other than that. We have all the furniture stores you can think of… I personally don’t thrift anymore because of spiritual reasons, just don’t want anything attached to items that i bring home. But you can definitely find some good items here at the goodwills, we have hundreds ….. of goodwills… And there’s this place called “ the bins “ you can find cute things at. But other than that… i don’t have a really solid answer for 🤣😭😭

Secondly, I’m not quite sure what your lifestyle is, so the type of furniture i can’t give my input on… of course a bed, couch, maybe some end tables and night stands. Entertainment center, dresser, ya know the basics.. Clothes….. April through November, SUMMER clothes, shorts, dresses, loose sweats, t shirts and tank tops, November and December it starts cooling off. And January through march is hoodie season. Southern Arizona stays warm. Northern Arizona gets cold, like snow. So it all depends on where you’re gonna be!!!

a fisiotherapist would help you with your pain I think, i try to go once a month for the same reason... and if you keep not feeling well, its ok to keep your check-ups but maybe its not a bad idea to check other options that could cause that... I think its important to have a good eating schedule, eat healthy, and it should help... be careful with automedication, but glad you feel better, even if i wouldnt consider that a permanent solution... keep doing your best, and take care...
