First of all, congratulations girlfriend! I’m so proud of you and it really is an inspiration and an honor to witness your growth over the years! Second, re: the utility closet - I think you should use that space as storage for cleaning supplies and items you may purchase in bulk. You could get hooks on the wall to hold your broom, mop, etc…then add a cute rack or smthn to hold cleaning products and such!
