I'm so glad that you are enjoying the vlogs. Today (12/31) is pretty much my last day of old vlogs, but I am going to be vlogging a lot more in 2023. I"m in my early 40's, so yes, I'm big cousin E 😂. I'm loving the new place as well and I'm excited to start decorating and sharing it on the channel.

Hi, just came across your vlog during my YT Dallas research. Love the place and content so far. Do you mind sharing what resources you used for your townhome search? Or what areas/neighborhoods are good? I’m moving from Chicago next year from work and searching for a place to rent…would love a townhome or something that isn’t in a large apt complex. Thanks

Hi Ashleyh! Thanks for tuning in. I actually found my townhome on Zillow surprisingly. I was over large complexes as well. When it comes to great neighborhoods, there are a TON! I actually don't live in Dallas proper, I live in a very far north suburb. So it really depends on what side of town you prefer or if you need to be close to something. Dallas will have you driving far if you're not careful 😂

Yes, I love not having an all white kitchen. Just enough white, but not too much. I really wish I knew the name of the flooring, but since I'm renting, I'm not sure. I checked the builders website and didn't see the details listed unfortunately.
