Both of them are precious, but considering "Ralsei" is an anagram for "Asriel", it's likely the two are related somehow, so it's only logical that Ralsei would also be a Boss Monster like Asriel.

I love the echo-ey effect in the background. Really makes you appreciate how lonely the town is. Its a small detail that most people won't even notice, but still is very good considering the town is called "EMPTY SONG" and there's a lot of space for only Ralsei... Good job!
