I am one of the lucky ones I only have seizures around 3:00am or 6:30am but some are worse than others. The doctor tried giving me another medication and that brought them on worse. I am 76-years-old and so I thought it would be to late in life to make the switch now BUT I TRULY HOPE NO-ONE HAS ANY LIKE I DID when i was younger. God Bless you all

I'm 51 yrs old,I have what they call grandma seizures. In 2016 I had a seizure at work and what come of it I didn't come out of that seizure until the next day at the University of Columbia at Columbia,Mo. The neurologist had to bring me out of it. I could of died,because of a doctor here at Unionville,Mo called it stress relative from my job. I have had my liver take my medicine from me and drop my levels down below 10. I am at the point now that I can not know when a seizure is going to hit. That scares me now,because I didn't come out of the one in 2016 on my own. I had to be brought out of it. I can't afford to pay for the bracelet, but I don't want to not never wake up again before it's my time. What can you all do for me on this? Plus I don't want to be alone when I have anymore seizures. Where I worked at when I had this seizure they held me down to the floor,so now when I have a seizure I can not bectouched at all. I go into a rage and start cussing ans swinging at who ever touches me.

Just wondering something , maybe a few things about embrace . I currently wear a helmet for my bad drop seizures that I have without warning . I don't think this watch could or should take the place of my helmet as far as helping me remain safe am I correct ? If not or so , what would be the difference in my life once I have an embrace watch ? Thank you

Official Jordan Conway first off, wow; my heart breaks for you. From what I can tell, if your arms shake much at all during your seizures, your watch will notify your caregiver. I don’t know if it’s listed above, but I get alerts when driving down a certain street here in my town as the watch thinks that the movement is my daughter seizing. We had a false alarm yesterday as she was jumping on a trampoline. I hope it helps you.

aly m the watch works for Grand Mals; that’s for sure. My daughter has Petite Mals (absense), so it’s not much help. She seems to have seizures when she’s not wearing her watch, so we haven’t caught one via the watch. That’s not to say that the watch doesn’t work. We’ve had many false alarms, so I know that it works; and it does so without much activity. Lastly, we left it on the same wrist for a couple days straight, except for charge time, and it dried out my daughters skin under the watch. In summary, the dried skin is my only complaint with the watch.
