MinPlex eat a lot of carbohydrates. Lots of grains and when at the training center eat bananas.

MinPlex yes obviously if your talking about macro and micro nutrients, but I'm sure you heard about protein and fats. Just make sure you get a lot of carbohydrates, so you have enough energy when playing

MinPlex then you're eating too little or the wrong things. Micro nutrients are very important. Vitamin a,b,c,d,e,k, omega fatty acids, zinc, iron, etc. those are all in vegetables, nuts and fruits.
