Mine works when I press the power pack, but otherwise no sensations at all. I wonder if you would have given me an idea of how to fix it had I been able to speak your language... :(

Dear @deany70, first you need to check whether the circular ems control unit is working fine or not, and for it, first recharge the device fully then remove it from charging. Now place two fingers of the same hand on the two terminals behind the circular control unit. Then switch on the unit by pressing the + button and set the intensity at "Level 1". If you feel sensations on your fingers it means the control unit is fine and there may be a problem with the ems foot mat.
