These are so freaking rare and hard to find, there's one for sale near me with the techno construction yard and beat garden ROMs installed for around $900, been debating on pulling the trigger. Had the Morpheus in the past and the menu diving was such a headache I ended up selling it.

Is it possible to remove the stock ROMS from the orbit 3 and add it to my xl-7? Would it work?

Hi! If i remember correctly it could be possible. At least u can take ROMS out of Orbit and put them to a Proteus. U have to do some searching..👍
