27:22 when I approach pedestrian crossings, I always reduce my speed while driving just incase if I see a pedestrian that is about to cross then I give way to them. Although the main purpose for reducing your speed when approaching pedestrian crossings are to give yourself more time to react for pedestrians wanting to cross and prevents rough brakes if you are required to give way to the pedestrians.
