***** man i really don't get problem C graph, i solved it by my own graph (which was quite large) , but when i literally copy and paste the judge's graph i get 0 cost cause of course from node 1 is always better to sink everything with cost 0, i don't know if is my mincost maxflow (which i got from the stanford notebook) , please help, i really want to understand this solution (which is more efficient than mine)

I am very surprise, none of the Indian universities come even close to the top 50th position in this competition. India is well known for producing hundred of thousand of IT graduates. What happen ?

Now answer to your question::: upto class 12 our main focus is on PCM ..main target is to get good ranks in iit , olymiads(mostly physics as our syllabus concides with ipho syllabus) and also to get reputed branch in top NIT's..there is no relation of c/c++/algorithms etc for us till 17/18 yrs ...when students enter college they are very tired due to jee days.. so initial 6 months goes on making ourselves comfortable with environment...after that its not that if a student gets cse in iit or jee they have to study only computer...they have to study all subjects of different branches like mechnical , electrical , mining , physics , chemistry and to secure a good GPA, main priority becomes to get a high paid job..which is not an easy task especially in iit...so despite of being competitive in nature they hardly gets time to explore themselves to acm icpc / google code jam / facebook hacker cup like competitions.. students have first to deal with their college academics rather than hard hard coding... after all these hardly 1.5 years is left for preparation for acm or GCJ...in these 1.5 years we have to learn all algorithms from beginning ...now think , one who is exposed to only coding world like tourist since age 8 and other starting at 18/19...since childhood students from russia , china or .... are made to focus only on particular subjects.. final summary is late starting + lack of competitive environment(during our jee days teachers were the best to train us and if a problem remain unsolved in any of pcm subject it must be solved , as we think that this will come in jee but in college this is not so mostly..)
