Imagine I am a strip dancer, you came to my show, and you recorded me without my permission, saying " anyway you ( as in strip dancer) strip off, why can't I ( the one who recorded it ) just show it off to others , you have nothing private as such "...,,,,,,,,,,,is it agreeable ? Definitely not, strip dancer might strip ... She / he might have exposed themselves umpteen times... but you don't have a right to record it without the permission of the dancer... It is her choice , or right to decided who should watch her stripping. .. Everybody has the right to privacy, and it is absolutely their choice to how to use it, and what to expose and what not to.... You can't just snatch away their right to choice.
