How much cooling is needed on the motor and controller? In a country like Australia it gets a bit hot so just wondering if that fan is enough in a 25-32 degree Celsius ambient temperature environment. Overall tho i like it.

yes, was tested at 37 celsius. In most cases fan is not even needed only if going uphill or with full power all the time

I'm interested in your Heater. It was the only bit of my EV conversion I struggled with! I ended up making one out of a dishwasher heater - but it's untidy & not ideal. Edit: Having had a look at your site, you sell quite a few hard to find solutions at what appear quite reasonable prices.

100% as long as it is plugged and 0% as soon as you unplug it!

Uh, those heavy switches should be relays. Makes me not trust anything about your design.

These are fuses; using relays wouldn't make sense in this context and could potentially lead to a fire. Please ensure you consult with an expert before.

@@ev-evolution You were using them like switches, though. So it is fine if they're breakers, but the way you used them of as if people would only be able to turn it on get getting into that box and flipping the breaker.

those are HV DC automatic brakers, you can use them to disable power to some device like a switch if you need to replace some part. All control of devices is done over LV (12V) switches or automatic controlled by BMS depends on the device.

@@ev-evolution Yes, I understand how breakers work... hence why I responded with using the term. Just the expectation that people use use them to turn on a heater or AC is the part I am calling into question. Leave the breakers in, and on, and then add relays that are controllable through low voltage wiring inside the car. Because a snarky comment like "consult and expert"... I know what I am talking about.
