Well basically everytime you gacha you only got 1% to get ssr and 0.4% to get that one ssr from ssr list if system determine you get ssr from that gacha, the odds wasnt multiply each time gacha(may different on every games) so dont care how much you pull if your luck was shit thats it you didnt get that one chara

That's why pity system exist Brave Frontier with their gacha system, for me it was the first gacha that i know within my own knowledge that implement safety net, aka pity system Just cause some ppl rates were so bad that it goes above and beyond the supposed estimate values 😂
