Enable features (fog lights) using Alfa OBD on Ram 1500/2500/3500

Okay so I have 2020 Ram 2500 as well. Do you know if the ECRI security gateway bypass that Alfa obd has listed will work the same as the Kaodtech ? Which one do I need or do I need both ? I’m confused

I have a 2020 ram 1500 classic slt and I connected my fog lights in pin 2 and 3. How could I enable fog lights in pin 2 and 3.

Do you know if the sec bypass is needed for specific years? I know for the mobile app certain years need the bypass but older that 2018 don’t

Hey I have the halogen fog lights on my 2500. If I install the led foglights do I need to make any changes in alfaobd?

Since you will need to go on AlfaOBD to activate the fog light feature on the BCM, yes.

You still need the sec gateway bypass to write to the truck

@@calebmasters686 but I have changed few settings just using mx+ and alfaobd and they have worked, some haven’t. So do some settings require sec bypass or all?

Mine is 2015 2500 if that makes a difference
