13:22 Why would the diastereomers have different melting point? Considering that they would have the same atoms that a enantiomers. Perhaps the intermolecular forces, but shouldn't they be equivalent? Thanks for the video

Diastereomers, even they have same atoms, still they are arranged in different way such that they show different physical properties. For example, trans isomer is more symmetrical than cis isomer, so it better fits into crystal lattice so it will have more melting point. Here cis and trans isomers are diastereomers.
