I have an original encanto theory: I think Luisa was other villain because, Luisa was the one that told Mirabel to go to Bruno’s room but why would she tell Mirabel this if she didn’t know anything was there so that’s why Luisa’s powers faded first and also the reason why she was crying is because she thinks it’s all her fault.
