Marvel What If Theory: During the final battle when Ultron and Kilmonger were fighting, Arnim Zola was in Ultron's Vision's torso. When Captain Carter saw Arnim Zola she asked if that was him. Natasha responds to her saying that Hydra never died, they just mutated (as in they hid in SHIELD). When Captain Carter returned to her world she now has knowledge from Natasha that Hydra is still alive and they are secretly hiding in SHIELD. So maybe in one episode of What If Season 2, Captain Carter finds Hydra in SHIELD and she stops them early.

I heard the Mandela effect is when we are somehow going through alternate demotions or realities that’s has similarities to our original world but some differences too and that’s why some people remember it one way and other remember it another

I'm really into this topic, it's so fucking weird how specific memories come to mind for most brands when I first learned they were Mandela Effects... the childhood image I think about often is the Monopoly monocle, though, I has so much fun playin the McDonald's scratch-offs as a kid I remember the image being plastered EVERYWHERE. But my first introduction to the Mandela Effect happened to me while I was homeless, and the bridge I used to live under has an old sign I used to just wait for hours on (it has a wide surface), and an "a" just went missing one day never to be seen again. Like, no space where it was. I still look at the damn thing when I get the chance, to confirm it's still gone, but I kept complaining about it to my friend who told me that what I'm experiencing is a Mandela Effect. He told me how he wrote a school report based on real News about Nelson Mandela's death, and how he was very confused to learn that what he wrote a long ass report on never happened. So wow is it a rabbit hole. Gotta be time travel shinanigans. I love it when old merchandise becomes remnants of what we remember, though.

I have a Doctor Strange: Multiverse of Madness hypothesis. So, a few weeks back, when you guys did the Doctor Strange speculation that the X-Men may appear in the MCU. I have a theory to back that up. So, in Deadpool 2, when FireFist is chasing the elderly guy, the old man passes through a paper that says "M-day is near." If you don't know what M day is, it's the day Wanda Maximoff / Scarlet Witch takes away the mutant X-powers. men's And we can see two Wandas in the new Doctor Strange trailer, one nice and one villainous. So, according to the theory, Scarlet Witch took the powers, which explains why we can see Ryan Reynolds' outfit in his Instagram post.
