I don't think Stephanie is really the best Mirabel's voice. she sounds a little bit old, and her voice has a bit of a huskiness. I think she's really great, but not the best. An exemple of what Mirabel should sound like to me is the BR actress, Mari Evangelista, she has a husky voice too, but thin and young, and the acting performance is what makes it so good, she's energetic and faithful. sometimes the voice just crack in some dialogues and that's specifically characteristic.

@@SLAYJENSEN being young is not a classification to have a Disney Princess Voice. The original one sound old for the character, the Brazilian voice is really similar, messy, funny, and kind, it's really catching and realistic for an adolescent, matches perfectly, and it's not even close to be considered a Princess Voice because the voice actress really do have a husky voice that fails, I see it in other projects that she made.

I love the Bulgarian version, she sounds so youn and energetic. The Tamil version is really good too, the language sounds really sweet and melodic. I'm def. biased towards the english and spanish version. The Spanish voice is wonderful but the words themselves feel a bit stilted. The rhymes don't feel like they flow into each other as nicely as other Disney songs. Again, though, the voice is absolutely perfect. The english song is really good bc Lin has a very particular writing style, he really takes advantage of the quirks of the english language which is why the translation in spanish (I specify because I'm a native spanish speaker, i'm not in a position to talk about the other versions) feels a bit clunky.

I’m sorry, but in my case Japanese dubbing of “Encanto” don’t attracts my attention… But I know that Latin American people love Japanese songs of this movie, and I try and try to like it but personally I can’t :(. Just I like so much Dolores in that language.
