You can farm for Enclave Plasma Guns at the Steel Dawn's Enclave Research Station. The Scorched Officers there respawn and they are armed with the Enclave Plasma Guns!

Yes. The scorched officers drop the enclave plasma pistols and the chief in power armour drops the rifle version. Make sure you check the floor near him also. I just farmed it twice and he droped one on the ground and I found one when looting the body.

The ammo you get at end of daily ops is based on what weapon you have in your hand at end of event. You can use any wep you want but if your running low on one switch to it before you complete ops to get the ammo as a reward at end.

It does work as I do it all the time. Before the event ends switch to the weapon you want the end reward ammo for.

Plasma Caster is the best way to farm Plasma ammo through Daily ops. Be sure to have it able to do high damage.

I’ve been a huge fan of the flamer plasma pistols for a while, as soon as I heard that the enclave version could be rolled, I immediately started trying to find the flamer for it. The server hopping is real though and brings me back to when mutation serums were rare lol!

It's really nice seeing this come up as a meta after all these years. Ive been using a regular Plasma Flamer for a long time, I was confused coming back from not playing to see everyone and their mom using these. IMO it's best used as a pistol to free up the Perception glowing/insect/anti armor perks. Making it prime is a must for ammo without Daily Ops, but it does so much damage you almost always get more back than you used.

Quad gives you 96 extra. It was the first "decent" roll I got on mine because it also had the +50 resistance when aiming and +25% damage when aiming.

You can also Complete Radiation Rumble for a low chance of dropping Enclave Mods and also you can dig mounds by following all the Cranberry Bog Treasures Maps.

Hello Mr.Turtle, love watching your videos! I don't know if it was updated later but i actually came across a loose short night vision scope mod in the Lewisburg Station vendor inventory. The wiki says sight mods can be rarely found in vendors in The Mire, Savage Divide and Ash Heap regions. I know you don't trust anything you haven't seen with your turtle eyes but be warned: it seems the chance for these to appear in a vendor is very small and it is a tedious process of hopping servers if you want to confirm this yourself :D

Enclave Plasma Rifle is an absolute beast. Found one with the rifle stock and reflex sight at MODUS Whitespring bunker, and another from a Dropped Connection event. Got the prime capacitor plan from SBQ event. Neither the aligned sniper barrel nor the flamer barrel mods exist in my game, I've been searching for nearly 2 months as part of my daily routine with no luck. The stabilized sniper barrel is still very good, especially if you can roll VATS 25, but unfortunately I haven't been so lucky. I did roll an Instigating VATS 50 which is amazing for clearing trash enemies, and an Aristocrat's VATS CRITS 50/15 for bosses after I pop my Overdrive + Psychotats + High Voltage Hefe + Canned Coffee. This is the only gun I have found that even comes close to the Fixer for a Rifleman build. It's so good that I purchased the Grounded serum recipe so that I can always have access to full energy weapon damage while keeping +100 energy resistance. As noted I also made sure to get the High Voltage Hefe recipe from BIV's daily drunkard quests.

I went and grabbed one of the base weapons from the enclave. Now I can finish watching your video and dream of the day. Also it was mole minor scavenger day. I cleaned out the vending machine of script, filled my stash and my onboard storage to the max. Can't play anymore now given that. They must have found the fun switch for the private servers and flipped it. I had tons of fun today with mole minor scavengers and quests. Unfortunately this is not true considering the "private server" is not actually a private server but a private world grouped with other worlds on one server. I have Fallout 1st and was experiencing server lag and at times would crash.

Thanks again for a good review. I've been using the enclave weapons for a long while now and the damage and accuracy are way better than the other energy weapons. Now they can be rolled people seem to want them. I'm yet to see a mod box drop for them, get the Betawave tuners at Watoga for more damage and bigger clip size. Dropped connection at Berkeley Springs is a better drop chance for flamer. I've got about 6 there. Watoga drop not so good. The only problem with the flamer is it breaks too quickly and like you said chews up the carts.

I got a true flamer version with reflex sight from dropped connection, rolled it into a 2 shot 50% vats faster reload version. It handles like an automatic, but it’s only affected by rifleman perks?

I have been using an Anti-armor 25% faster fire rate plasma flamer for a while now. I did check out the Enclave plasma rifle and attached the aligned flamer mod. The difference in damage is not much. Plasma flamer (65/75) vs Enclave (72/84) with my perks. On my first roll for legendary mods for the Enclave I did get an Anti-armor mod. I have the reflex sight on my plasma rifle and prefer that to not having one on the Enclave rifle. I have been checking out the different legendary mods for this weapon and I think the Anti-armor and Two-shot faster fire rate are the best. The Mutated legendary mod is a close second if you can't get either of the other two. Which gives a you a damage boost based on the number of your mutations.

I have a couple decent standard ones and sell them for good prices at the moment. I guess they will always be useful because crafting doesnt grant you to get a decent enclave version instantly. And it will take a long time to get one once the pre-grinded legendary modules run out for modules will be the bottleneck of effecient legendary crafting soon (300 scrip is far too low).

You can do the same thing to Earle with the Slug Buster. It's slightly less powerful, but it's the build and buffs. Femos also stacks Adrenaline with a bloat fly syringer on the three wendigos from the top and then uses Revenant to revive himself as he has a full set of Life Saving armor. After that, he switches to full unyielding and stacks damage and AP buffs.

I have a furious plasma flamer, (not enclave) that I've had for years, and that thing has always been op even more so with the most recent patch. Eats through ammo like crazy though, so it's a special occasion wepon. Im pretty sure that you can't get a furious role on them anymore, so even if I opt to get an enclave rifle, I'm never getting rid of my trophy gun.

Rolled a 3*** aristocracts, +aiming dmg, +250DR while reloading or +1 end i forget Enclave Plasma rifle. Not the best, but acceptable for now, and rolled it into Prime. As much as I hate energy weapons, gonna have to give it a shot.

@@mattn7415 Some mods are. The prime capacitor is the only one that can be learned. Any other mod that doesn't exist as a boxed mod can only be found attached to guns when you find them, like the reflex sight. The aligned flamer barrel comes boxed, and the rest of the flamer barrels come attached.

I have to say converting a Slug Buster with flame barrel might be a better solution with miniscule loss of damage and little grind ... 64 ballistic / 73 energy dmg without rifleman perks 80 ballistic /97 energy dmg with 8 ranks of rifleman perks Of course, you're stuck with the legendary effects already given but it's 4 fairly decent legendary effects. My 2 cents.

Yea. I've have a bloodied version of the normal plasma gun with 25FR and fast reload. It's great and all. An absolute fucking tank and it just rekts everything. I just have some major points with this weapon particular ((personal experience) that being you actually get this): 1. Requires close combat. This is hell if your internet is, prepare to die so fucking quickly that your body will be launched across the map. 2. Ammo is a problem, unless you are okay with grinding out ingredients you will be (most likely) be okay, if you are a casual daily ops is your new vendor/BFF and just a warning, you might come out of daily ops with a loss of ammo it really depends on how you use it/the mutations. 3. You will obliterate in PvP, be prepared to be called an hacker. And finally! don't be a cunt, let others get a tag in on bosses. Thanks for reading, this is just my experience and recommendations. Take this as you as you like.

I’ve been running with the Enclave Flamer Barrel for a bit today and 3 things stick out to where I’m not sure it’s something I want to run with. 1) It’s for a rifleman build which I’m not 2) The range with the flamer barrel is pretty short and 3) the durability is pretty bad.

I traded for a flamer mod today then joined a new server. Joined the enclave disconnection event and when I spawned at the event it auto complete and gave me the enclave plasma rifle with reflex sight. Got the mod and gun in the Space of 5 minutes. Needless to say I’ll be putting the lottery on this weekend 😂😂😂

So there's the Plasma Rifle and Enclave Plasma Rifle. I keep seeing people say change your capacitor to Calibrated Beta Wave Tuner to add more flame damage to your Aligned Flamer Barrel but yet I don't think that's right. You cannot have the Calibrated Beta wave Tuner capacitor for Enclave Plasma Rifle, only the regular Plasma Rifle.

Over 150 server jumps under my belt before this video came out. Haven’t found any mods from the watoga vendor yet, starting to think he doesn’t sell it! Only found medium NV scope and sniper barrel and of course all I want if the flamer.

if you did so many most likely you landed on the same server many times, always put some spoiled meat in to container next to vendor to check if it's new server

@@AngryTurtle I figured that out very quickly so I don’t think that was the problem. Also I wanted to let you know after about 8+ hours of hopping the watoga and Phoenix vendors I found a enclave plasma with reflex sight, flamer, and stock attachment for sale in the watoga vendor! I know it’s possible someone could have sold it to the vendor but that is very unlikely in my opinion. Do what you want with this information.
