Man, I gotta get the nerve up to get in the marsh. Always afraid of a gator encounter. Garcitas area (LaSalle) is my backyard go to. I have a majek 16' but not so sure it would get that far back in the marsh. I have contemplated motoring out with my kayak on the boat then launching out. My other fear is that someone would mess with my boat and I wouldn't know it because I would be too far away in the back marsh on the kayak. Great content!!

Thanks yes I did see a gator on this trip but he was only about 7 or 8 foot I don't get nerves until they are over 10 , I don't think people would mess with your boat they don't know you are not watching them . but you never know now days .

Well, I couldn’t stand it anymore. I finally bought an iSUP (Entirely because of your channel). Can’t wait to see how it works out for me. I plan on using my ice chest as a seat with a milk crate abaft. I hope my kayak doesn’t get jealous.

Awesome , I hope you do as good as I have off mine just got home with a nice limit , I had to take my seat out of it's holder and put it down low to paddle into the wind on the way home you may need to do that as well on the winder days

Yes but I'm going to cut off about 2" off of this one I think. I tried it with out it and it would not trail at all but with it I have to work a little more then I should to turn it
