Encrypted C.H.I.M.P.S. (Black Border) w/Popseidon

Hades had decided to on vacation for a while, so Popseidon, being the kind sister she is, decided to look over his favorite graveyard while he was away. Lo and behold, the bloons come 'a knockin' and try making a mess of the place. Little do they know, the vengeful Goddess of the Sea waits within the crypt, ready to freeze or drown any bloon or MOAB that dares to enter.
