@jhonchun9103 F1 teams need people that cover basically every type of job. Cleaners, chefs, trades, IT, HR, legal, marketing and hundreds of other jobs before we even get to F1 specific roles. Some are obviously way more competitive but just get good experience in your field either in job or at college/uni. Good luck.

This is the partnership that got me into F1. This right here, is a perfect farewell too. And at first it was a bitter ending (especially over the last couple of years... *cough cough 2021), but the recent series of events made it such a sweet ending, and I feel that it's just a reminder that it's not about the wins or successes, but about putting your all into what you do and working hard with those around you. I am a fan born in 2001, my father is a 30 years F1 fan and his favorite driver is always Lewis Hamilton, I grew up listening to commentator and my dad shouting Lewis’ name every Sat and Sun back in 200X-ish, I knew Lewis Hamilton when I was a child riding a swing car in the living room, watching F1 cars going on and on in TV and wonder what’s the charm of this sport😂I really have to thank Netflix’ documentary that got me interested in the first place, I was totally stunned when I realized what a fascinating sport it is and the GOAT driver I always heard about when I was a literal kid is still playing and fighting in the paddock! That spirit man! (shout out to the old fellas Alonso and Bottas as well!) Plus my first car is a used Mercedes-AMG and my bday is 44 really bonded me to Lewis and Petronas MERCEDES AMG. This is the end of an era and I still appreciate Lewis for his never dying sportsmanship and eager to win, truly a role model and a hall of fame driver in the history of F1, I feel honored to be a fan who witnessed your glorious years at Mercedes and wish you all the best in the future. Lewis will forever be a legend of Formula One, regardless of how things go at Ferrari. You see the careers rise and fall, start and end so quickly of so many incredible drivers from so many different sports/motorsports over the years. My first exposure to F1 was seeing Lewis racing against Sebastian Vettel in the 2018 Germany Grand Prix watching it was intense and incredible that I got addicted to F1 thanks to watching Lewis and gave been an avid follower of the sport since 2019.
