First of all, I must say that I am indeed a Killswitch Engage fan. Also, I have a deep connection with the lyrics of the song. If a person were to read and understand the lyrics of the original metal version of the song, one would understand that this would be an amazing ballad. The emotion behind the words of the song can be expressed either way as a hard rock song, or as a beautiful ballad

Bravo! Truly well done - I particularly enjoy your production of the audio. It's very light but it fills those crucial high points in the songs and compliments the "light" piano style. I would love to see another version of this where the bass joins you in Verse 2, then drums/guitars come in with you on the second Chorus real heavy to really hit on the opposite musical spectrum. It's a difficult one though, as that understanding of the algorithm would seemingly punish music particularly as something to return to, versus a one off video covering a topic! Surely putting out music that people want to revisit should be a good thing! There's no way I could just hear this cover just once and be done with it! :) I mainly commented because I'm new here and not sure if the artist reads comments so long after the posting! absolutely! I also totally agree with your sentiments :) The youtube algorithm, is unfortunately known to be a fickle thing and promotes popular content over (subjectively speaking) "good" content.
