You would have been right but the phrase "as if in a hurry" tells a lot about how fast paced procedural law, in India has become, is an issue for the opposition. BJP however evil the stances they take, speedy trials and investigation should be acknowledged. This video did not show Mahua in Doubt, it always put her as a victim. Your video rather than being neutral as it is most times, seems to be very pro-Mahua. Now your point as to why Darshan Hiranandani was not being questioned. Here the accused is Mahua Moitra in sharing her LS login credentials. Dehadrai has already written in the complaint, Darshan Hiranandani also accepted that in his sworn affidavit provided at Indian Embassy in UAE, also Mahua Moitra has accepted it that she had shared her Parliamentary login credentials.
