SeungGi is the actor playing the news anchor. He is also the singer you hear in the part where he's running and buying flowers, as well as where you asked if there was a key change (his highest note in full voice is in the soprano range). If you're curious about him, he just guested on Lee Mujin Service, ep 143 (on youtube) - and they did a wonderful duet at the end. He's actually starring in the top-rated movie in Korea right now. (Btw, I discovered SeungGi's music during one of the lowest points in my life. His music is what got me through it. 😂 Since this song I realised that not a lot of Kpop fans also consume KDramas. Filipinos loved KDramas first then Kpop, so I know the actor/actress even just by face. I was like "😮You all don't know Lee Seunggi?"
