Can I ask you if the Saudi Labor Law gives me an end of service benefit of half my salary per year if my iqama is welder but my work is accountant? I've been working for 5 years and 1 month. Can you correct it if it's wrong? My basic is 2,000 Riyals and my total calculation is more than 5,000 Riyals.

And sir mera contract april 2022 ko expire ho chuka tha aur contract renew ke liye request aayatha lekin salary kam hone ke karan maine cancel kardiya tha aur abhitak contract nahi hai aur maine 26-12-2022 ko company bhi change karliya to mera end of service kitne din me milega? Trasfer lene ke baad me milta hai ya transfer lene se pahle? Jawab ke besabri intejar hai sir.

Sir please mujhe ye bataiye ke Mera contract 2 mahina baki hai or meri company mujhe release karne ko ready hai but Iqama or work permit ka paisa kat Rahi hai or vection money bhi nahi de Rahi hai or mere 15,15 days ke paise se Iqama or work permit ka paisa kat Rahi hai to please bataiye

if employee takes unpaid leave. It will deduct from end of service?. If an Employee compleated 10 years and he has taken un paid leave of 60 days, then if he work 60 days extra will compensate the unpaid leaves ?

Tanung lang po sir,, may makukuha pa rin ba ako na end of service benefits kasi 6 years na po ako sa company peru evry 2years ako umuuwi at may binibigay na 2months na bunos kunyare kunyare sahod ko 2300..after 2 years na uuwi ako may binibigay na 4600...iba pa rin ba yun sir,, sana masagot po ninyo po. #thanks and new subscriber here

App k condition maih (Service above 10 years). As per labor law app kavi v resign kar sakte hai or app ko full end of service benefit milega. Bus notice period ka dhayan dejiye.

Hello sir I worked in Seder telecom company since 2015 due to health issues I gave notice for exit to the company before 2 months of contract end which is June 2023. But company asked to sign in resignation form they took my finger prints also I thought I will get my end of service benefit as I expected 17000 riyal for 8years but they gave only 10000 riyal. they cut 33 percent of my esb without telling me.what should I do now?
