END OF THE ROAD. Goodbye to 'THE DOCTOR'.

From cave houses to boats and then home. This is the final video diary for this road trip. After just over 3 months on the road and covering over 5,000 miles.
In this episode we visit the famous troglodyte city of Guadix and step inside a real, lived in cave house. To be honest we are not very impressed with Guadix or the welcome from its local people so we looked and left ;)
However, not far down the road we found a wonderful park up in the town of Cullar. Although the town was super quiet and most places were closed it was a lovely spot to spend the night with stunning views over the mountains. It was however, rather cold!
Of course, we needed to head back to the coast, as we had a ferry to catch from Barcelona back to Ibiza, so after a stop in Alicante and seeing the fabulous Christmas lights it was time to head home.
We've had an amazing time over the past few months and visited some outstanding location. We've met some friends for life and we have certainly got the bug to explore more...
Now it's time to head home, work hard over the summer, save some more money, sell 'The Doctor' and look for our next van for bigger and better road trips in the future.

Dogs in garden protecting the house are the norm ,, they get a big reduction in house insurance if they have a guard dog ! Enjoyed your footage , thanks
