So strange all of this ! I follow quite a few people on KZbin , and this year and last quite a few of these people are having very very similar health issues ? What on earth could be the link I wonder to these seemingly fit healthy guys and gals going through this trauma ?? This is the 5 th I know of !

Thank you for sharing your story. It will encourage anyone experiencing pain in the chest or back to call an ambulance. It's a mistake to go to A&E with these symptoms because there is a risk you will be kept waiting. Paramedics are able to use diagnostic machines that can confirm you are having a heart attack and will blue light you to the hospital. You may still have to wait but whilst you are waiting you will be in the ambulance being monitored. Looking forward to your return. Your experience of motorhoming is exactly the same as ours. They are very expensive to buy, run and store and also can be restricting as to when and where you can go whilst using them.

My dad had his first heart attack at the age of 35 which is when we moved from London to the Isle of Wight, he went on to have several internal defib/pacemakers fitted and lived into his 91’st year, he passed away in March due to dementia related problems, he lived a very full life as will Keith love to you both ❤️

As someone who has been through the same thing, I was treated badly told it was anxiety, stress until one member of staff a lovely nurse from Africa called Jennifer did a test for troponin, then attitudes changed. I’m so glad you’re still with us, welcome back and look forward to watching more adventures with you.

Hi there from Australia. You are so brave sharing your story. The same happened to me 13 months ago. I too was feeling very unwell for a week or so before having my first heart attack. I called the ambulance (under protest) then vomited soon after. The Ambulance recognised that I had a cardiac problem and was loaded into the ambulance and soon after had the second heart attack in the ambulance. The third heart attack came as they unloaded me out of the ambulance. Long story short, I got one stent, but was then put on high priority for a triple heart bypass. My operation was on January 2023. I have been enjoying wonderful health. Yes, a huge change in diet and the need to be more physically active. Like you, we are lucky to have not suffered any heart damage from the attacks. So sorry to hear what happened but glad your on the road to recovery. I had very similar in may 2020 during lockdown, just felt odd took the dog out for a walk and didnt get 200 yards and felt terrible,just managed to get home {luckily my darling wife was there} and just collapsed. at the age of only 49. Had the best treatment at the Royal Papworth hospital and thanks to them i am now feeling better than ever, still caravaning and enjoying it more than ever. Nice to see you have come back to caravaning, enjoy what you have especialy your lovely wife All the bestxx

Keith glad you doing well. I had a heart attack last March and during my recovery I started watching you tube. Being owners of a folding camper and tented for years we had struggled the last year and it was proving just a little difficult. Jeannie always wanted a caravan but I never wanted the stress of towing and the complicated hassle. Then came carefree caravanning I got hooked on yours, and a couple more on caravans. So in April we went shopping and got ourselves a new sprite major 4SB, Debra and have had the best year touring which greatly helped my recovery. So what I’m trying to say is thank you and Michelle for giving me the confidence to buy debra and actually from the negative came a great positive so we can enjoy our 2nd chance. We love watching your adventures caravanning😊 Many years ago we had started caravanning and then changed to a VW campervan which was good but..had it's drawbacks. So we had break from campervans and caravans etc and decided after a long absence from them to purchase another caravan in 2018 just to see if it suited. Hi Recently found your channel and great content. Like you we went from caravan to Motorhomes then campervan. All was well until last summer when we wanted to use P&R in Portsmouth and Salisbury only to find height barriers 😡😡. That showed Britain does not want to cater for ‘us types’ so we opted to go back to a caravan. Seems to be less stress but this summer will tell. Happy travels.

After watching loads of channels and binge watching yours we decided to get a caravan last year. Had a great summer and winter so far. We look at life differently now. We started caravaning 3 years ago from tenting for 45 years,,absolutely loved your caravan blogs with your great ideas and best of all your humor, We have a Bailey Grande Messina and despite many negative comments on Baileys we've been trouble free, lucky because we imported it ourselves to New Zealand, so no backup warranty,. We will eagerly look forward to your posts again. Ps, makes me think about reducing my sugar intake as sweets are my downfall.

I don’t know you from Adam, but both my parents in law have had heart attacks. Both survived but with serious damage. They get by, but they’re not the same as they used to be. First of all, I'm so glad you are on the road to recovery!! Secondly, glad you have made a decision about the vehicle for your future adventures too. We are relatively new caravanners and thought long and hard about mhome vs caravan - two things decided it for us - the motorhome cost is too high for us, and at least as important is the fact that we, like you, enjoy getting out and about and exploring which is far easier in a car than a motorhome most of the time. Our caravan is a 2017 Bailey Unicorn Valencia ( she's called Doris) and we've had it since Jan 22 - it's difficult for us to get out of the close where we live, sometimes awkward to get out of the village ( parked cars on both sides of a b road), but we love it - it's a home from home when we are away in it and a great source of stress relief when we use it as we both have pressure at work. Looking forward to seeing you enjoying your new journeys - we are off to Glastonbury, Dorset/Hants border, and Norfolk in ours this year and can't wait - we're also going to the C and M show at the NEC next month on the Saturday. So sorry to hear of your health issues, pleased that you’re on the road to recovery, we had a caravan and changed to a Motorhome but have now changed back again to the caravan, it suits our needs much better, unfortunately not been able to use this last year due to health issues with my Mum. You never know what’s around the corner. Having a Motorhome sounds good at the time but then after a while and all the parking issues, you realise that the Caravan is better. Just looking not going to buy LOL we did the same last August and we walked out with buying a brand new Swift Challenger Hi Style 650l, So happy to hear your getting back on the mend and also that we too have had to change our lifestyle. Me with the crisps and biscuits along with the sweets and my wife who broke both her arms has our Golden Retriever pulled her and she fell braking those two arms, but it has made her decide after spending 10 days in hospital that she has stopped drinking and smoking as she did like a drink and the hospital advised her to stop because of the liver damage. Was worried all was well as never been so long without a video but now it’s totally understandable. We lost my brother 3 years ago this November from a heart attack aged just 54 it was sudden and a real shock, like you he just thought he had a chest infection sadly, he didn’t go to hospital and now we don’t have him! I don’t know what we’d do without you two, despite following many others on KZbin too now, you two were the very first caravaners I watched. Your friendliness, down to earth nature and just the way you come across on camera makes us feel like we’re almost part of the family, so, thank you for that. I did wonder, like many of us, why suddenly you had gone quiet on the video front, and was worried it could be something serious, as you'd not said you intended to take a break from this. Anyway, sounds like you're properly back on the road, which is fantastic news. Thank you for sharing with us all. Very pleased to hear it looks like you're going back to caravanning. Personally, I was surprised when you announced the change to the motorhome, especially as you were used to such a lovely big caravan with separate bedroom and large bathroom. Like you said, Motorhoming is quite different and very expensive, so I think you'll soon get back into the caravan lifestyle, especially as you've explored other holidays and recognised what you don't like. Can't wait to see the next video... In the meantime, keep well and Happy New Year!

Sorry to hear about your heart attack, but your looking good now, last March I broke my Tibia and Fibula, 28 weeks in plaster then full knee replacement and bone grafting, didn't think I would be able to drive a manual car, or our motor home, so we have gone back to a caravan, the wife didn't like being stuck at places without transport like you said, all the best for the future, look forward to seeing your adventures. 👍😁

It’s a very scary experience, I know, I’ve been there, I was 51 at the time. That was nearly 21 years ago. With life style changes and medication, you will adjust and still enjoy life. I still caravan and enjoy our lives. I wish you all the best and live life to the full.

Glad you recovered. I had 7 arterial heart grafts 9 years ago and now feel as fit as a buck rat. Our NHS staff are brilliant despite the intolerable pressure they are under. We can look forward to better times to come for the NHS and hospital care in 2024.

So glad to hear that you’re on the mend, your videos are always a breath of fresh air and we were wondering why nothing new was posted, however you’ve answered that question now. My wife and I are are very similar to yourselves in the type of holidays, locations, eating habits 😅and so on and we even looked at going down the motorhome route ourselves, however we didn’t commit due to the “exploring while pitched up” problem that a motorhome can bring and also the stress that comes along with it in finding parking, so my wife and I have decided that motorhoming is not for us and we’ll be remaining dedicated caravaners for a few more years to come. It’s good to have you back and we’ll be looking forward to some of your new adventures in your caravan to come.❤
