My most disappointing was The Wishing Game. 😅 I hated it lol The Wedding People intrigues me. My favorite of the year was East of Eden. 😊

My favorite book couple is going to be, "Never Cross a Highlander, " by Lisa Rayne. Kallum and Alisa. Kallum is a fierce loving and protective warrior that fights to liberate slaves and Alisa is a spitfire heroine that has a short fuse, but a big brave heart. Honorable mention for me goes to Outlander Jamie and Claire. Jamie is my ultimate Hero.💜💜💜

I only reread books I’m embarrassed to admit I’ve read. 🤣🤣 Last year I reread the Sookie Stackhouse series. CHEESY!

Middle of the Night is on my TBR, may be a while till I get to it. Heartless Hunter I had a hard time getting into so I have sat it to the side and will try again, but I have a feeling that I may not like it. A Fate Inked in Blood, I loved (I preordered the second book months ago). It remined me a lot of the show Vikings, I think that you have to love the show Vikings to love this book. I don't really reread books either because I have so many books to read that I don't have time to reread books.

I agree with your take on Middle of the Night. I was so disappointed in the book. My favorite book of this year was Incidents around the house by Josh Malerman.
