@saltandlighthomeschool one more question, do you think your kids retained gather round at the pond or was it a little over their heads at this age?

I would say my six year old definitely retains the information but it’s probably a bit over my three year olds head. He does listen and understand some stuff though. Hope that helps!

We try to pair the lessons with actual library books to make it a little longer with the Little Hearts & Hands

How old is your kindergartener again? And do you think that TGTB book work was too much or was just fine.

He’s 6, his birthday is in January. I think it was the perfect amount most of the time. It was definitely challenging for him but not too challenging in my opinion
