Dear president Ali. The fast ferry service between Guyana, Trinidad and Barbados, is a good start, but we now have great income from the oil industry and must think outside of the box. We must have really fast ferries servicing not only Guyana and a few islands in the Caribbean (which are small and produce similar things), but also sailing between the Caribbean and Belem in Brazil and Belize in Central America.. Having easy access to Belem would give us access to the network of South American super highways, which they can use to travel to the agricultural, industrial and cultural hubs of our continent. That would greatly spur trade, development and tourism iin the Caribbean and countries in South America. Building a road to the Rupununi will allow us to access some parts of Brazil and that's good. But a fast ferry service to Belem would allow easy access to the more developed parts of Brazil and to other countries and that would be better. I explored most parts of South America in 1985 and know what's out there. Also, we need real fast ferries, like those built by Incat, operating along the coastlines of the Guianas. That Indian boat to the North West is too slow. Cheers and all the very best for the New Year.

You would think they have no reason to turn their heads. I think they are cutting ITs (the spirit or kali) feelings with their eyes to decide that's why we don't know when they will stop and start speaking. This causes damages and anxiety.
