I have also been looking at this topic and found out that our mangrove trees alone produce enough oxygen for our current population. The underdog countries used their resources to get on top and are trying to stop poorer countries from doing the same. The damage has been done already and the blower class countries did not contribute to the decades of destruction. The question are not disingenuous. The reporter is correct. Even with all the new wealth in Guyana the locals still can't get to profit from it. Deals can be broken if pass administrations did not do something that didn't benefit the nation. There are steps to this but alot of leaders do not like walking down that road because their pockets are already getting lined up with cash.
