That's not about Russia, though it's coincidentally a Russian flag. But that's a flag calling for military takeover by the Northern protesters. Which should be stopped! Red in the flag represents Army, Blue represents Air Force while the White represents the Navy. You can see the same flag beside the president during his speech delivery.
