Just now saw this video...next level! Just Subbed! I am an experienced big game hunter but not for bear...literally only been out a few times! I just glassed up a bear yesterday in Az 6A that looks like the one you got in this video and now I'm chomping at the bit to go get him! Thanks for being not only a hunter but a conscientious hunter! Glad to hear the meat was not spoiled. Have left one deer in my many hunts not gutted overnight. I got separated from my pack trailing a wounded buck. Got caught in a hailstorm at dark thirty. Buck was fine, I left it buried in pea size hail.

Wow man, setting the bar for solo filming and editing! Awesome cut ins and outs. I appreciate the consideration of not focusing too much on the dead animal and much more so on the experience, and avoiding the cliche grip and grin, but still would have loved to see more of the actual bear up close! Overall awesome film though.

Great production. One of the top videos I've seen in the last year. Great shot. A little concerned about leaving an animal over night. It may not have not been feasible to pack out. Too rough of country. I understand. Keep it up

Thanks Mike! Really appreciate that. It was pretty gnarly and impassable from where we were. I would never leave it in the early season, but October I've done it several times and not lost the meat. Was cool to the touch when we arrived. Had a burger from him the other night. 😎 Thanks again!
