Had the bow set up at a pro shop. It performed just fine kzbin.infoUgkxQEKUoxLWwayEDZR0NKB-5limn4MBU-2L . And I would say this is a good starting now that I could pass down to my son when he is older.But the package was missing the release and a nock was missing from one arrow.Dealing with customer support was terrible. They suggested I buy a new release rather than correct their own quality control issue because it’s to expensive for the. to ship it out from China.Update: manufacturer got back to me and resolved the issue. I retract the above statement.

@@jacobneymeyer9692 Black bear meat is one of the finest table fare meats in the natural world. It's also one of the best animals to harvest in terms of yield -- a person gets a LOT of meat off a black bear, compared to a yearling or 2 year old white-tailed deer. It's MUCH better than having state Agencies need to put down animals because the population exceeds carrying capacity -- the state benefits from the sale of licenses, which goes back into creating more and better habitat for all wildlife, and nothing goes to waste. Whereas in an animal damage control situation -- see CO -- bears are shot and left to rot on the ground.

Clay Newcomb your a southern man's southern man! God, family and the outdoors, Rinella knew what he was doing when he brought you on to the Meateaters staff. Finally, a man that I can understand and relate to! Your Bear Grease podcasts are the best thing going. Your Daniel Boone episodes were the best of the best. Being from Kentucky I take great pride in the story of Colonel Boone. There is another man that I think you should take a look at and that is Simon Kenton. He had as much to do with or more so than OL' Dan'l with the settlement of Kentucky. Thanks again Clay, I appreciate you.

Baiting is a LAZIER form of hunting yes. People don't say its lazy because there's no work into it... they say its lazy because animals are always trying to find food and hidding while they feed to shoot them requires the least amount of skill versus ground tracking and hunting on the field. Think about it, if you use urine, the most favored foods and hidding your oder with products and hide in a tree to shoot them its a lot easier then walking up to them, having to avoid the wind ...sounds ..the randomness of being spoted..using the terrain to you're advantage ...the stamina...trying to quarter the beast on a un perfect spot with the chance of confrontation with other predators. If it gets the job done who cares, but it's a lot easier that field hunting.
@christianniem8446 ай бұрын
Damn Clay is the real deal, is if I ever doubted it. But to see him belting out Johnny Horton sure was a hoot. Your boy sure is a great hunter already at 55 I dont think I could have pulled that off.
