You make it simple and not complicated. Nice video

You’re doing a tutorial on loading filament with your camera as far away from actually showing how to load filament.

Your 45 degree cut worked like a beaut! Spent 15 minutes prior with all sorts of tools, your trick slotted in immediately. Thank you!!

Bending it straight didn't work for me, I had to bend the filament slightly to the left (as seen from the direction it's fed from) since pressing the release button turns the filament to the right. After that I had to turn the indicator wheel (Ender 3 v2 btw) while holding slightly pressing the release to get it into the tube

thank you - keeping it straight hadn't worked for me but bending to the left did the trick

mine seems to jam up in the second hole between the connector and the bowden tube. Any suggestions? I already cut at a sharp angle and straighten, but i still get jammed up in the second hole for some reason.

Sometimes I just have to push and pull back and forth until it finds its way through.

Super rad the way that you put your camera far as possible away from the actual thing that you claim to be teaching us. That makes things so much easier when we are already having issues and we are hoping to gain some insight, however, geniuses like you make videos That are useless

i have two of these machines. of all the regular aspects, this is the most consistently frustrating. for those of us who design things, this is obviously a design failure. the opening into the metal bracket shouldn't be a tiny hole that's only a half millimeter or so larger than the filament for easy feeding. it should be a funnel or conical shape that tapers within 2-3 mm to the current diameter. that larger opening would much more easily facilitate feeding. between the pulley wheel and the feed gear, a funneled aperture shouldn't cause a problem. the other problem is that there are so many parts surrounding the hole at all times that it's never well lit to be able to see the hole as you're trying to hit that tiny target. you can't even hold a flashlight because this is a two-handed task--minimum. taper the cut and straighten the filament, but this is still needlessly difficult.
