Short answer, yes. Long answer, in the beta from what we've seen, the game is extremely F2P friendly. Some of the gachas even give you currency for pulling that goes to other gachas so you basically get rewarded for your pulls with more pulls

Here's the good thing about the PAC. Build once very well, and you'll basically never need to touch it again. In the tech test, I obviously had less to play with, but I still had every single item in the tech test automated to be made for me. It took me less than a day to create, but it takes a little effort. Honestly, the rewards for a well crafted factory far outweigh the effort you'll put into its creation
